the truth hits home once again...

I am fat.

I'm turning too fat for my unhealthy lifestyle.

Finally got one sewing kit that I have intended to buy since more than 6 months back. Finally sewn the button back onto one of these few shorts that do not showcase my flabby thighs to the whole wide world.

Tried on the pants again for the first time since the button fell off. Maybe just a bit longer than six months since. My god. This shorts used to hang so loosely on me that I can pull them straight off. I would need to wear a belt with it so that I do not risk exposing myself if I need to break into a run out of a sudden. Now, it's sitting comfortably on my rounded tummy.

The truth hurts so much. I'm feeling kind of masochistic at the moment. Wondering should I shock myself further by pulling out all my working pants that I have not worn since the move to Comtech. "Oh, your pants is so nice, only it's a bit loose. Seems like they would fall off any moment."

Not any longer. Should I gratify my own masochism? Better not, I think the shock would be far too great to handle if they are tight now. Sits comfortably - OK, I am damn fat. I should diet. Tight, fats popping up from above the waistband - OK, this is when I should just open my window and jumps out of it.

Quite truthfully, I think I am gaining weight at a alarming rate. When I measured one week back, I am 53.4KG. Measured again just a while back, it has increase to 54.4KG. What have I eaten in the past week!? Going to stop my breakfast habit, I think. Should be easier next week when I start working afternoon then midnight shift. Can sleep my way through.

Plan of Action
Plan A: Cut down on food intake.
Plan B: Eat pills to control cravings
Plan C: Develop an eating disorder. Still trying to decide on anorexia or bulimia.

If all else fails, I will just kill myself and stop taking up unnecessary space on earth.

03 The Beginning of it All II

Margaret River Chocolate Company! Rows and rows of chocolate just beckoning me towards them. The moment we stepped in, my jaw dropped and saliva just start pooling.

Photobucket

Just to the left of the entrance, there were these three huge bowls filled with chocolate. MILK, WHITE and DARK. Free for trying. Immediately walked over and start trying them out, then proceed to spooned some out and dished them out to JY and Angela.

So good~ Their dark chocolate is not so much as bitter, but just very very rich. Cropped my face out of the pic, because the consitpated look on my face may distract some from the three bowls of beauty.

Photobucket

They also have a ice-cream stand there, with flavors that sounds sinfully good. Of course I could not resist. SINFUL. That's the only word that can describe this place. After trying my ice-cream, Angela and JY gave in to the allure of it as well. "So good, try it. So sinful. You can buy other flavours then we share." WHAHAHAHA, if I get any fatter, so should the both of them.

Photobucket

I believe they were making toffee at that time. Could not really snap a good photo of the process because of the glass window. In the first photo, the machine was rolling out these small balls, covered in dripping wet chocolate onto the white conveyer belt. . .I would imagine that they would be all warm and filled with so much richness. What wouldn't I give to become a employee here? Nothing, I would give my firstborn up to work there. Nothing at all.

Photobucket

Posing with their ice-cream, I finished mine long before. Off to the vineyard~

Group photo at Lancester Wine vineyard. The view is just picturesque. The fields just stretches out endlessly, with the wooden shed standing solo in the middle. The owners poured us two types of wine, which I cannot remember the names for them and I am too lazy to walk out to the living room right now to look at the bottles. One rose wine and another - dessert wine. Tasted pretty good to me, none of those bitter aftertaste to them at all.

LOL....Living the high life, sipping wine, buying them by the carton. LOL Too bad that Angela broke one of her just a few day back. No worries dude, you can go online and get a replacement. LOL check out their site - lancasterwines.com.au LOL

Once again, I marvel at the wonder of this place. The sun is shinning down brightly, yet it's just a nice warmth to it due to the cool breeze just brushing against our cheeks. Hai, life is good.

Fell asleep on the bus on our way back to the city area. We returned earlier than expected, had lots of fun taking the my "arty-farty" shots of them. I really love these kind of photos, where one cannot really see where is the location. It could be in Perth, Paris or even back home here in Singapore. Really feels that it gives off the feel of an international jet-setter.

Yenching returned, picked us up and we made our way back to the suburbs. LOL, that's the stick indicating the timings of the bus arrivals. I really do not understand why they would have numerous bus-stands stretched out along a side of the road just spaced one meter apart. Do they really have that much land in Australia that they need to resort to this to made this place seems less empty? Rather like my seemingly cocky look in the first photo. Well, seems like I can never pose decently enough, cocky is perfectly acceptable. xD

Trying out their boots in their marts. LOL, seems like some boots really do make the legs seems longer. JY was so pleased with her legs we caught her staring at her own photo inside her phone many times! LOL vain pot. Dragged Yenching into wearing this furry pair, and took her photo without her permission. LOL Hahaha

End of the day. Staying up late, chatting into the wee hours of the morning became our daily thing. We would just be firming down our plans for the next day or playing a simple game of UNO and soon later it would turn into as girls' chat session. LOL

i want to cut my hair....

Hai....been saying I wanted to cut my hair since forever back. Went around asking people for their opinions. Showed photos of the style I wanted, most just say that it's too short, only Michelle commented that my face may be too broad for it. Saying that both of us have broad faces, and the long length would actually helps to narrow it down... Been thinking of that as well, one of the reason why I put this off for quite this long. The length has not gotten any shorter above my shoulders since entry into Poly.

My greatest fear!! Hahahahha

Showed her the photos and JY's photo in facebook, seeing the hairstyle is similar to JY's hair. "Girl, you must know that that guy and your friend's faces are quite narrow." Hai hai, why do i have a square jaw. LOL

Hahahaha, I am blessed with photogenic friends. "Wah...so pretty. Who's this?" JY, Angela, YX, Yenching, Jo....Just to name a few. Blessed or cursed? Since not working on the continuation of my Perth Post....LOL.

03 The Beginning of It All - I

Photobucket
Photobucket

Our first morning. The only morning when we would wake up on time. Outside Yenching's house, waiting for her to finishing locking up the doors so that we can proceed to the bus-stop where we would like take to get to the tram station. All three of us, Angela, JY and myself, were behaving like kukus, simply because of the vaporising of each other's breath when we spoke. Wah wah, lifting up head up, blowing into the skies so that we can see our OWN breaths.

Don't know who was the one said that you can only see the vaporising as the air was polluted. Hence, should you be talking in the North Pole, one would not be able to see the vapors as the air is the cleanest possible. LOL, not sure if it's clean like that, or simply the mouth will be muffled up behind the mask/high collar of the jacket for fear of it getting frostbitten and just dropping off. LOL

Photobucket
Photobucket

Cam-whoring on the bus train. All of the other passengers were stoning their life away.

Photobucket

Murray street. On this particular day, we were thinking that we had a really good steal as our hotel where we would be staying at for the last two nights of our trip, was on the same street as the town area, the shopping location. It's should be around 100plus Murray Street in this photo. We were all under the impression that our hotel was 400plus Murray Street. Oh yeah, We can walk from our hotel to town!

DOTS. Wrong, so wrong. I believed all three of us were practicing selective reading that day. The hotel is at 718 Murray Street. We tried walking back from Northbridge to the hotel, which is in the middle from our Hotel and the Town. UPHILL climb. Oh god, luckily, we did not try from Town. Took the CAT bus every time onwards then, a free bus-service that has a stop just at the door-step of the hotel.

Photobucket
Photobucket

Off on our half-day tour. Yenching took the trouble of calling up the 24hours service, got herself pissed off by the Indian operator. Me stoning away, while they cam-whored in the pretense of taking my photo.

Photobucket

Caversham Wildlife Park. Spent a good one and half hour there, touching all the different touchable animals. JY was the main photographer, backed up by Angela. All I did was listen to the Guide. LOL Damn interesting, the ways of the wildlife, even if I have forgotten most of it and could not even recall half the names of all the creatures that were introduced to us. Hahahaha.

Photobucket
Photobucket
Photobucket

Kangaroos! There were so many! Stood there holding a handful of feeds, listening to the Guide tell us about the breeding ways of the Kangaroos when I backed up into one who were just standing right behind me nosing my bag! Surrounded, we were by them. LOL, of course, since all they did was nosed at us, it was all cool, could not have imagine the scene should they be PAWING at us. They were behaving so nicely that even JY took a chance to pat at them when she is one who is even afraid of small dogs and cats.

OKOK, too tedious to post up all our individual shots, so I would put one of each. LOL

Photobucket

Wombat. It is 28KG of weight, and it just snoozes away while we took turn patting at its belly. The belly looks so soft and furry, but it's surprisingly hard. ABS, woah...

Photobucket

Koala. A creature that sleeps 20 hours a day. They are the most relaxed creatures in the world. We were only allowed to pat one out of the many in the enclosure. As excessive human touch would throw them into a frenzy, not something we want at all. Their claws are like ...

Photobucket

Donkey. LOL, not really one of those uncommon captivating animals found there. But we were allowed to feed it. We would stand an arm's length away, to throw the feed directly into the donkey's open mouth. You can see all the decays on the teeth, when its mouth is open, curling lips at you to hurry up with the feeds. LOL, deliberately choose this photo of JY. She was really feeling as apprehensive as she looked in the photo. Not daring to hold the feed out a tad longer for us to take photos, but throwing them straight away. WHAHAHA

Photobucket

the handsome dingo. purebreds dingo. We were warned not to try patting at them not to pat that as we would like to get our hands bitten off. Those at the park are raised since young in the care of the park guides, hence they would response favorably to the guides allowing for them to be pat but no one else.

Photobucket

Black swans.

Photobucket

Some bird that is only one of those few rare breeds that able to break open this wood-hard husk of a certain fruit. So descriptive that i cannot stand myself. Some bird, certain fruit. -__-

Photobucket

I just love this photo I took of the koala. It just looks so cute, curled up behind the leaves sleeping.

Cute decorations on the entries to the toilets.
LOL Next stop: chocolate factory!

Photobucket

We are off! And I am off, finally getting started to post things up. For once, I was not there at the airport way earlier than needed, as my dad had to route back to our house for me to pick up the jacket I have forgotten to bring along after picking up JY from her house. Also, we went to Terminal 3 instead of the Budget Terminal. Once again, witnessed the irritating ways of PRCs on this flight, while boarding the plane, there was this family of three. The parents refused to leave the shelters area of the boarding area while the kid was apparently fine queuing up like the rest of us. Even when the ground staff was obviously trying to get them off away from the boarding gate. Then, once we reached Perth, they were elbowing their ways to be the first off the plane. DOTS

Photobucket

Hyper hyper. I believe this was in the first hour of our flight. Playing UNO cards that Angela brought along. No idea what I was doing, reading? taking random photos? listening to mp3, pretending to be a frequent flyer living the jet-setter lifestyle? Likely to be the third, with an uncontrollable trigger-happy finger on camera? LOL

Photobucket

Napping! Hahaha, obviously everyone was bored by then. I slept through a good half of the flight. Funnily so, seeing it was still daytime on this flight. While I almost did not even nap on our flight back which was at midnight. Even finished the one of the two novels I had with me on this Perth trip. Reading the magazines that JY and Angela got. Proven once and again, I am a night owl.

Photobucket

Sunset on the horizon. Pretty. The colour band just stretches out as far as one could see. The plane did not look like it was moving forward here. You could not see any clouds, just this band of colors. Felt like being suspended in time.

Photobucket

Touchdown! Photo with the captain, whom Angela said was newly promoted from FO to Captain. Apparently they took their First-aid classes together, so quite close. LOL. Just remembered, Angela told us a tale of a stupid passenger. Because he saw the Captain out in the cabin, going to the toilet. "Captain, if you are out here, who's flying the plane?" Apparently, the passenger do not know of the thing called flying on automatic, or perhaps heard of the person called the First Officer aka co-pilot.

If I were the Captain..."I guess you better start praying now."
