LOL. Coincidentally, I got two belated birthday gifts two days in a row. The headphones from Angela and JY yesterday. And this TOPSHOP bag sitting on my table today from Eve and Piggypeh. A top with the batman logo on it. LOL.

Now I can act hip hop with my headphones, wearing the top from them. LOL Janice seems especially excited that they have give the Batman top to me. Told Eve I would wear the top tomorrow since both of them would be in office then.

Yoyo wassup. LOL

I must also go remember what ghost stories I have stored in the back of tiny brain. Eve would be going onto her Genting trip, mission is to scare her. Would spend her nights in Genting wide awake. LOL

OKOK, going to start up an simple account of my monthly expenditure.... Since I am like stuck to my PC...might as well just note down how much I spend... After the 20th...or maybe the 18th, when pay comes in. PAYDAY!! No point now, since it is in the midst of nowhere.

Hahaha, met up with JY and Angela today. They got me headphones for my B-day. LOL Weeks after the actual day itself, but it's the thought that counts. My god, the bass is so good. I can now listen to my MP3 at the volume of 8. I normally turn it up to at least 17. LOL I may just continue to spend on good headphone now, since I listen to my mp3 player daily.

I would vow to handle them with care. I think the current one I am using, the white one that I got from Westmall and it identical predecessor last me for about 9months each. And that is counted as rather long-lasting. All the way from secondary one up, my earphone/headphone usually don't last longer than 3 months. DOTS. I even managed to spoil one before in 3 days. Flimsy.

KTV with JY. Angela had flu...We were singing 邓丽君's songs. Oldies almost throughout the night. LOL and Red Cliff's 心战 & 刘力扬. JY agrees with me that 炎亞綸 can't sing. LOL Once we master these songs, we will sing them live. LOL. People would marvel at our voices. LOL then go on to 韩红. whahaha

Playing random japanese songs just to see if it's those cheapskate karaoke videos or actual mtv. we manage to pull out w-inds.'s because of you, Kawariyuku sora & Utada Hikaru's flavor of life (ballad version).

Onto Book 14

My luck is the worst...

Just finished Book 13 moving onto Book 14 for my call-records. I think from Book 11 onwards, I started shifting all my follow-up cases onto the new book so that I do not need to juggle two books for pending cases and new call records...

15 Follow-up cases. FIFTEEN! Monitoring for secured mail, account closure. Hai...DOTS.... Empowerment, waiver pending to be put up, pending approval.... it's the worst. Book 13 for records from 22JUL to 04SEP.

Will I even move on to Book 15... Serious doubts now. Looking at my mountain high follow-up cases, shit from Remittance, the usual bitch customer. Please invest in a bloody printer. What stone age do you live in that you do not have a printer at home. LOL, I am one to talk. Parents shifted the printer to the shop. So ya, no more printer at home too. You live in Bishan, the nearest branch is just a mrt stop away at AMK. I have customer traveling further than you. What is so difficult about getting to the AMK Hub from Bishan. Bitch.WTF.

Remind me again of this high and mightly customer, advise him to try doing his internet-banking on another PC. "What other PC? How many PC do you think people have at home. Only one! You tell me, how many PC do YOU have at home?" Saying all that in a dead snobbish tone. "...I have four" Up yours, man.

And the call routing problem is the thing threatening to tip the iceberg over. Two days in a row. Bloody record. Congrats. It's never the cheap labour who gets these problems. It's the ones here always winning the prizes. Oh well, what can we do? Cheap labour. Encouraged by AMOs to transfer call to SWAT line if they cannot find the application. WTF. Again, cheap labour.

hahaha....Michelle is treating me to lunch on Friday. at least i hope so. one for one deal for DBS cardholders. LOL

BRP? BRT? Don't what the hell is the actual term.... but at least no funny funny phone calls in the morning passing "this is the calltree. the code is XXX". Dots. That time, because I was the relief, and the actual calltree head is the afternoon officer for the day before I ended up calling people.

Everyone was like..."HUH? what's that? Can you sms me? I am still sleepy." In the end, I sms, I LN, I wrote the bloody stupid calltree paper for most people. I think Kalyn was the only one who remembered what the calltree is. LOL

Redundant really. I think a more simple message like "HEY! PANIC! BIRDFLU! Come report to work and get the birdflu yourself!" would be more effective than calltree exercises. LOL

LOL Spoke to Bryan for another 2 Saturdays. Betty and myself again. I think he's kind of sick of us now. Now, it's him who hung up on us instead of the other way round. Fed up with Betty asking him questions and fed up with me telling him he will be arrested by the police if he rapes me. LOL

Another afternoon shift for tomorrow and I am OFF on Friday~~ Hahahaha....
